My name is Michal Shtibel-Gorfung and I am very pleased to share my art with you.
For the last 16 years I have been painting in oil and acrylic on canvas.
Upon completing my studies in graphic design, I started using computer graphics to create additional original pieces of somewhat a different style.
These pieces are printed in the giclee method on canvas and combine elements of graphics and photography from both Israel and the rest of the world; images that I collected and/or photographed through the years.
My experience in painting has taught me to value the advantages of digital print. Now, in the digital world, the customer can actually adjust the print to satisfy the demands of his or hers individual space both in terms of size and color palette.
It is my strong belief that a picture on a wall reflects the person who chose to put it there, and that this choice can completely reshape the atmosphere of one's living space.
My works are intended not only for art lovers, but also for anybody who appreciates aesthetics and interior design.
My goal as an artist is to help the customer find the picture that is best fitted to his taste and space rather than supplying a limited variety of options. As such, I not only offer the designs but also am eager and willing to visit your space, consult, and plan the best solution for each customer.
